Hours and Location of the Mennonite Heritage Center

Exhibit Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 5pm; Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. Special tours can be scheduled Tuesday through Friday. Call (215) 256-3020.

Groups are also cordially invited to come for a Sunday afternoon visit by scheduling in advance (we ask for one week’s notice). We will also be available for church groups on Sunday mornings (please schedule in advance) - bring your Sunday School class to the Mennonite Heritage Center to learn the faith stories of our fathers and mothers. We will continue to hold special scheduled events on Sundays.


Historical Library Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 5pm; Thursday, 7pm to 9:30pm. We suggest that you schedule your library visit with curator/librarian Joel Alderfer (215-256-3020, ext.111) to ensure that he or project archivist Forrest Moyer will be able to assist you.

Closed on Sundays, Mondays and most major holidays.

The Mennonite Heritage Center is located at 565 Yoder Road in Harleysville, Pa.

30 miles north of Philadelphia, 3 miles west of Lansdale Exit 31 of the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike.  From Pa. turnpike exit ramp turn right and travel northwest on Sumneytown Pike for 4 miles.  Turn right on Maple Avenue for 0.8 miles.  Turn left on Yoder Road for 0.1 miles.  Right into MHC driveway.  MHC is last building on driveway.
